    * Prime Location -- Homeowners have direct access from Loring Green East’s backyard to the Loring Greenway, Loring Park, and the Walker Art Center (across the park). Walk one block to Orchestra Hall and Nicollet Mall and a few blocks to the Convention Center. Skyway access is less than a block across the Greenway (via the Hyatt Hotel) or from the St. Thomas School of Law just across 12th Street.

   * 24 Hour Staff -- The management office is staffed around the clock, controlling access to the building, accepting packages, and always ready to help homeowners. In addition to full-time building engineering staff, three resident manager couples live in the building and assist with building maintenance and housekeeping.

    * Lobby and Gathering Space -- Comfortable seating in the lobby gives homeowners a place to meet and greet one another and guests.

    * Entertainment Center
--- The second floor Entertainment Center includes a pool table, game tables, a library, a large serving bar, several seating areas, and a large flat-screen TV with DVD player.

    * Fireside Lounge Party Room -- The three-level party room at the top of Loring Green East has two fireplaces and men’s and women’s restrooms. The attached rooftop wraparound deck offers unparalleled views of downtown Minneapolis and beyond. Entertaining is easy – the room has a fully equipped, caterer-friendly kitchen with two dishwashers and an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and utensils.

    * Picnic Area and Backyard -- The shady, spacious backyard includes a pond with fountain, extensive plantings and flowers, and four separate picnic nooks that each include large tables, chairs, a serving cart, and a gas barbeque.

    * Exercise Facilities -- Club-quality exercise equipment includes weights, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, free weights and a Vectra multi-station weight training center. Men's and women's locker rooms include showers, lockers, and saunas.

    * Golf Driving Net -- Homeowners can perfect their golf swing year round.

    * Swimming Pool and Whirl Pool Spa -- The L-shaped pool accommodates lap swimming and is located in a glassed-in area with terrific views of falling snow in the winter. Adjacent to the swimming pool, the large whirlpool spa provides a warm up before exercise or just a pleasant place to relax.

    * Saunas -- Both locker rooms include cedar saunas. Any homeowner may use the third sauna.

    * Tennis Courts -- Homeowners have free use of the two screened tennis courts.

    * Guest Rooms -- Four guest rooms include kitchen facilities and utensils, a full bathroom, and TV. One or more may be rented by homeowners for their guests.

    * Workshop -- The large, well-equipped workshop provides high-quality power tools, large and small hand tools and work and storage space for homeowner projects.

    * Library -- Homeowners are encouraged to borrow homeowner-donated books, tapes, and DVDs from the library shelves in the Entertainment Center.

    * Abundant Guest Parking -- More than 60 parking spaces are available for homeowners' guests.

    * Heated Parking -- Each of the three floors of heated parking includes a car wash and access to compressed air. Homeowners may construct an approved storage cabinet within the parking space(s).

    * On-Floor Homeowner Storage -- Each home comes with a large storage room conveniently located on the same floor as the home.

    * Cable TV -- Association dues include Comcast cable TV.
