Featuring a sweeping panoramic view of downtown Minneapolis, the Fireside Lounge on floors 21 and 22 may be rented by LGE residents for an owner-sponsored event. The lounge and adjacent rooftop deck are alsot open to homeowners for use when not reserved for an event. A complete kitchen is available, including dishes, silverware, glassware, cups and wine glasses.
The Entertainment Center on the first-floor features wi-fi connection, television/DVD viewing area, pool table, bar and game tables, restrooms, a free lending library, puzzles and daily newspapers, including the New York Times.
With strength and cardio machines alongside a sauna, hot tub, and pool, the fitness center provides a complete workout and spa-like retreat in one.Heated, secure, underground parking is available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Car wash and charging stations for EV cars are also provided.
There are three guest rooms and one guest suite be reserved through the office for homeowner guests. Guest parking is free and plentiful.
An excellent, well-equipped workshop area on Level B is available to all homeowners. The workshop offers tools and space to build small projects, refinish wood, quilt, construct picture frames, sculpt, fill planters, or find just the nail, screw or scrap of wood you need.

Our beautiful, newly revitalized plaza features stunning landscaping, open green space for yard games, two firepits, multiple grilling stations and a picnic/barbecue area perfect for entertaining. Our back porch provides quiet, shaded seating for homeowners.
There is a tennis and bocce ball court available for use by any homeowners.
The backyard also boasts a reflection pond and sitting areas.

Our main entrance is staffed with an attendant 24/7 to welcome, monitor and control building access. This helps to ensure security through the building along with answering questions and assisting homeowners and guests as needed.
A keyless door system enhances security and convenience by eliminating the risk of lost or duplicated keys and offering features like user-specific access codes and audit trails.
The building has a video surveillance system equipped with 36 individual security cameras. This system gives us a comprehensive real time live-view of the property to provide comprehensive monitoring and security coverage
Packages are delivered to a secure, yet easily accessible to homeowners, area adjacent to the lobby level mail room.
A fire suppression system is designed to detect and extinguish fires automatically. This system is crucial for protecting valuable assets. ,
